The accommodation was satisfactory overall and provided a comfortable bed. One issue I faced was with the breakfast, as it took a while to have the buffet replenished during peak times. Coming from London, I've seen better breakfast services, but I found the staff friendly and overall, I'd still consider returning.

Good hotel in unbeatable location, just in front of the central Exeter station. very kind staff took our suitcases up because we were on the 4th floor and elevator only went up to the third floor.
The elevator only reaches the third floor. If you have the room in the third or fourth, laugh is that you climb the luggage one or two floors on foot

Really enjoyed our stay in this perfect hotel with the kind staff. The venue was set in the very central position really close to bars, centre, Central station. We spent fantastic time and did not want to leave.

The location to the cathedral is perfect.
The quality of breakfast was rather mediocre in relation to the price. The service there was neither present nor particularly friendly. Unpleasantly loud music was played in the breakfast room.

Great location, but could do with a revamp!!
I have traveled all over!! But never have I experienced staffing levels to this standard before, they were all very professional, but Jill went the extra mile, she couldn't do enough for us. A definite candidate for employee of the year. Thank you.

The hotel has a good location, rooms were beautiful and mine was very large, my colleague's room was very small. A a nd its little cold in the rooms.
There was only one lift at the hotel, but it didn't work. The hotel is a bit outdated already.

Great spot for a city trip!
Had a pretty decent stay! The location is spot-on, right by the station. Plus, there's some nice places to eat and shop nearby. The room was fine but those curtains had holes, which kinda ruined the vibe. The bar area was cool too! Wish the parking was better though.

The location of the hotel is excellent for train travelers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant and the bathroom was nice too. Also the breakfast buffet was very generous.
The fire alarm in the early morning was not very pleasant. And I'd rather have a shower than a bathtub.

old traditional hotel, great hall. Pleasant modern rooms (without special character). A few minutes walk to the centre and Exeter Cathedral. Good breakfast opportunity opposite in the station building: "Exploding Bakery"
For the size of the hotel the parking space is clearly too small, it is necessary to switch to the next parking garage (more expensive than the hotel for a comparable period overnight).
